Ushers support the flow of each service by helping guests find seating, assisting with offerings and communion, and answering questions as needed. Through attentiveness and kindness, this team helps create a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone in the room.
The Welcome Center Team serves as a friendly, helpful resource for guests and members alike. By answering questions, preparing and sharing guest gift bags, and making personal connections, this team helps people take their next step and feel confident finding their place at Grace Life Church.
The Call Team follows a simple, organized process to contact first-time guests, thank them for visiting, and guide them toward clear next steps. By ensuring timely follow-up and accurate connection, this team helps move people from first visit to ongoing involvement at Grace Life Church.
Next Steps Assistants walk alongside newcomers as they take their first steps into the Grace Life Church family. By listening to stories, answering questions, and making connections, you help people move from attending to belonging and discover where they fit in the life of the church.
Life Group Leaders open their homes and hearts to help people grow in faith and community. By facilitating meaningful conversations, prayer, and connection, you help others apply God’s Word to everyday life and build relationships that support spiritual growth.
The Prayer Team serves by praying with people before, during, and after services, believing God for healing, salvation, and breakthrough. This team creates space for the Holy Spirit to move by offering compassionate, faith-filled prayer to anyone in need.
The Worship Team uses music and creativity to help our church encounter God and respond to Him in worship. Through excellence, humility, and a heart for Jesus, this team leads others to make Him the center of every gathering.
The Audio Visual Team brings services to life through sound, lighting, video, and livestream production. By enhancing worship and making the message clear and engaging, this team helps create meaningful moments for people in the room and those joining us online.
If you love creativity, media, and storytelling, the Creative Team helps communicate what God is doing at Grace Life through announcement videos, social media posts, and website content. You’ll help make vision clear, moments meaningful, and messages easy to engage with—both in the room and online.
Kids Life Volunteers create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children learn who God is and how much He loves them. Through age-appropriate worship, teaching, and activities, you help lay a strong spiritual foundation and partner with parents to raise up the next generation in faith.
Youth Group Volunteers help create a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where students can grow in their relationship with Jesus. By showing up consistently, building relationships, and modeling authentic faith, you play a vital role in helping our youth know they belong and that God has a plan for their lives.
The Sparkle Team serves by cleaning and caring for our church facilities so every person who walks in feels welcomed and valued. Through faithful, behind-the-scenes service, this team helps create an environment where people can focus on encountering God without distraction.
The Van Team serves by picking up members and guests who need transportation to and from church services and events. This team creates a welcoming, stress-free first step for people who might not otherwise be able to attend.
The Evangelism Team leads regular outreach efforts in the community to share the love of Jesus through prayer, conversation, and acts of compassion. If you’re passionate about reaching people where they are and seeing lives changed, this team is for you.
The Food Pantry Team serves individuals and families in our community by providing food and essential items with compassion and care. This team creates a welcoming environment where people are seen, valued, and reminded that God cares about every part of their lives—both physical and spiritual.
