Sunday Message from April 19th:
As Jesus hung on the cross and drew His last breath, He exclaimed, “It is Finished.” It is finished means something ended at the cross. The centerpiece of what ended at the cross was the Old Covenant. The Old Covenant was a covenant God made with man that was based on man’s performance.
The Old Covenant was good, but it was also flawed since man couldn’t perform well enough to consistently walk in God’s blessings. Since the Old Covenant was flawed, God ushered in a New Covenant based entirely on God’s performance. Learn more in this powerful message!
