Original Picture

Sunday Message from November 11th:

When I say the word marriage, different pictures come to mind. Some people see a couple living happily ever after and others see a ball and chain or worse yet pain, manipulation, and abuse. Our life experience can define our picture of marriage.

The problem with that is our experience is often different from God’s so our picture can become very different from his picture of marriage. Since God established marriage, we need to see what He sees if we want our marriages to be all they were created to be.

In the first message in our “Mystery of Marriage” Pastor Brian examines the original picture of marriage in Adam and Eve. He looks at how God took Eve out of Adam and how prophetically God took the church (the bride) out of Christ (the groom). He then makes practical application of what this means to us today.
